Cascading Billing

The most important feature of any affiliate software is the ability to cascade sales. Cascading is the process of collecting limited signup information before a customer visits your primary processor. This collected info is then passed to the primary processor and the customer completes the remaining infomration (credit card info, etc.). If the primary processor denies that customer they are autmoaticly redirected to your secondary processor with the information from the initial informaion again prefilled for them. Cascades can be setup in any order with any integrated processor and can have two, three, or more processors in the cascasde. NATS even lets you offer different payment types for each processor in the cascade, so you could fallback to ACH clearing after all your CC processors denied the surfer. Even simply using two processors in a cascade can increase your sales volume by 20% or more.

Unlimited Cascades

You can not only have one cascade, you can setup as many different ones as you like and then turn them on and off on each of your sites. Each cascade usually represents a single payment type on your join forms. Using this feature you can setup some sites with only one processor and your other sites with two. You could also setup special processor accounts for a subset of your sites in case you have special deals with third parties to market their sites for them.

Unlimited Processors

With NATS you can setup as many processor accounts as you'ld like. Even multiple accounts for the same processor is no problem. We added this feature to let our clients partner with third parties to promote extra paysites.

Unlimited Program Types

Everyone offers per-click, per-sale, and partnership programs. But what if you wanted to offer your affiliates 2 cents per unique + $10 per join + 40% recurring? Or 100% of the inital join price + $15 per rebill? Or even 1 cent per raw + $5 per join + 80% of rebills? NATS allows you to setup an unlimited number of programs on any payout structure you can imagine. All programs you create can be used by your affiliates with only one account. You can enable and disable specific programs for each affiliate. Perhaps you only want certain affiliates to have the ability to promote your sites on a per signup basis. NATS allows you to limit who can use each program.
Built-in payout options are: per raw, per unique, per qualified, per initial sale, per rebill, percentage of initial sale, percentage of rebill.

User Level Configuration

Payout rates, payout tiers, allowed program types, popups/exits, surfer membership options and cross sells are all configurable on a per affiliate level. This feature allows you to make special deals with certain affiliates in order to boost their loyalty and dedication to your affiliate program. It also allows you to run your affiliate program the way you want not the way your software wants you to.

Fully Templated Design

No hardcoding here. Every single page from your affiliate pages to your admin pages are 100% templated allowing even the most basic HTML designer to make changes. No programming knowledge is required to edit the visual look and feel of your affiliate program.

User Override

To make it easier to administer single affiliates and to help affiliates when they have problems our user override feature lets you quickly become a certain affiliate, making you see exactly the same info and stats as if you logged in as them. You still have your admin privileges, letting you edit this affiliates payouts, allowed programs and similar things as mentioned above, but it also lets you closely monitor what your affiliates are seeing and how just their traffic is performing. If an affiliate has a problem with, for example getting a linking code for one of your sites, you can not just override to this affiliate and explain to him step by step what to do while you see exactly the same thing in front of you.

Special Features & Tips

Because NATS is so highly configurable we and also our clients continuously find new things they can do with NATS. We collect all those ideas and add them to our Documentation so all our clients can use them. Some examples:

• Multiple membership prices. By setting up multiple programs and enabling/disabling certain membership options based on each program you could let your affiliates deceide via their linking codes how expensive your website should be. If they feel their traffic would pay $34.95 per month, let them use the $34.95/Month Partnership Program. If they feel their traffic would only pay $19.95, then just let them use that program instead.
• Console & Console Free Tours. By setting up one normal program and one program market "console free" you can easily offer your surfers a high paying console tour and a lower paying console free tour. You would either use a small PHP code snippet to determine if you need the console on each of your tour's pages, or you would directly use our Popup/Exit managment to handle them.
• Follow Me Program You want to pay your affiliates for the traffic they send to your other sites via exits? No problem at all. You would just setup a special hidden program. On an exit you would carry over the linking code of your affiliate, change it to represent this new program and thats it. You would either do this using a small PHP script or use our Popup/Exit management to automatically switch the used program when an popup or exit occures.
• Special Offers Want to give your surfers a cheaper rate when they exit from a join form and want to leave? Again, by setting up a special program you can offer join form exit traffic the same join form again, just with special rates.

Many billers offer special features like cross sells. Wherever possible those features are directly integrated into NATS. One great example is Paycom.net's UpgradePlus feature. It lets you devide your members area into two parts: One for surfers in their trial periods and one for full members. Trial members can be redirected to a Paycom.net's UpgradePlus page when they try to access pages which are only for full members. They then upgrade their trial to full memberships and continue on. We have directly integrated UpgradePlus and other biller's similar systems so you can offer these kinds of things to your members with ease.
