When we started our new program, we shopped for cascading solutions but nothing had everything we wanted... until we found NATS. Not only did it provide us what we were looking for but it had features we never realized we could make such use of before. The product itself is absolutely first-rate, and the level of post-sales support has been stellar. Bondage.com is a somewhat unconventional site, and the NATS people have been incredibly responsive and helpful with the tweaks necessary to get NATS integrated with our funky system. I couldn't be happier with NATS, and give it my absolute highest recommendation. Great software, great people, and a great experience overall.
