NATS - FAQ

The following are frequently asked questions regarding NATS. If a question does not appear on this list please contact one of our staff for an answer.

Is NATS hosted on your servers or ours? Does NATS rely on or talk to your servers?

NATS is 100% hosted on the client's servers. NATS does not contact or rely on Too Much Media's servers in any way. This means that in the event that our servers are down your affiliate program will not be effected at all.

Must I issue payments to affiliates as a NATS user?

Yes. Due to the flexibility and advanced features of NATS and the presence of cascading the program owner must issue payments directly to their affiliates. Unfortunately the billers we support do not have features to allow us to update them with changes such as per affiliate payout changes, per price point payouts, temporary payouts and bonus days, etc. Plus with cascading your primary processor may owe an affiliate enough to meet the minimum payout but your secondary may not. In both of these situations our affiliate could receive a check that does not match his payout in his stats.

Can NATS be load balanced?

Yes. NATS can be load balanced with either NATS2 or NATSpro. More information can be found on the pricing page.

What modules are available and how are they priced?

There are currently several NATS modules available. Full details and pricing of these modules can be found on the modules page.

How many programs are using NATS?

The number of programs using NATS is not diclosed but it is over 100. You can view a large sampling of programs using the NATS affiliate software by visiting NATSSponsors.com.

Is NATS templated?

NATS is 100% templated using the standard PHP templating language "smarty". You have complete access to customize and design the pages to look however you would like.

Will my system shut off when I hit the maximum number of joins for my level of my lease? Are there overage charges for signups beyond the limit?

No. The mulitple lease price points are simply invoicing tiers. They are not limitations in any way and there is no difference in the software from one level to another. If you go over the alotted number of joins for your level of lease we simply bump you to the next level on your next invoice. The software will not stop taking sales and there are no overage charges.
