Entirely Hosted on Your Server(s)

NATS is 100% hosted on the client's server(s). The NATS system does not rely on nor contact Too Much Media's servers for any
purpose. This means that if our servers are down your affiliate program is not effected in any way.

No Programming Required

NATS is configured entirely via a web interface and the day to day operations are performed via a web interface. There is
absolutely no programming knowledge required to run an affiliate program with the NATS system.

All Stats and Numbers 100% Live

Stats are provided in real time. There is no backlog of data or delay in reporting. The only data which may be delayed is transaction
data such as rebills or credits which are made live as soon as they are reported to NATS by the processor. All sales data and hit
data is always 100% live.

The visual aspects of NATS are fully customizable to fit the look and feel you seek. Our skin system has been developed to give

Detailed Admin Overview

The Admin Overivew is the default first screen you will see when logging in to NATS as an admin. It provides you with a quick
snapshot of your programs performance for Today, Yesterday, Past 7 Days, Past 30 Days, Past 90 Days, and Past 365 Days. You will
see a Profit and Loss graph, a traffic and joins graph, a breakdown of overall stats by program type. Your top sites by joins and
ratio, your newest affiliates, your top affiliates by money earned and ratio, as well as your worst performing affiliates.

Unlimited Restrictable Admin Accounts

Your NATS system can have as many admin accounts as you choose. Each admin account can have full access or any level of limited
access. For instance you might create an admin account for your accountant which only has access to financial data or an admin
account for your designer which only has access to add ad tools to the system.

Full Administration Reports
| |
There are a number of highly detailed admin reports available. These reports provide detailed information about all aspects
of your program. Becuase these reports are also limitable to a specific date range, reseller, site, program, or biller you can
examine your data in great detail.

Reseller Override

A unique feature in NATS is the ability for admins to "override" to an affiliate. This allows the admin to remain logged in but
"become" the affiliate. This is helpful for support becuase it allows an admin to view things as the affiliate would see them.

Fully Featured Account Reps
| |
User accounts in NATS can be one of three types, admin, account rep, or affiliate. Account reps are a handy tool for providing
support to your affiliates and gaining new business. By setting a user as an account rep they
can see all of the stats for the resellers enrolled under them and view reports for their resellers. You may pay account reps a
flat rate, a comission, or a combination with or without performance requirements.

Unlimited Site Partners

NATS allows you to include sites in your program on which you have a partnership with someone. You will simply have the partner
create an affiliate account and indicate that affiliate account as the partner for a particular site. Once setup the partner will
automatically be paid their percentage of the site's gross or net.

Resellers Admin
| |
The resellers admin lists your affiliates and allows you to perform a full data search to locate an affiliate. From here you
can override to any affiliate, edit their info, make notes on an affiliate, set their payouts, add or remove them from a specific
payout program, view a profit and loss report for a specific reseller, disable or ban the reseller, and fully delete the reseller.

Members Admin

The members admin provides you with access to the data for all of your website members. Data for members who have never joined,
have joined and are no longer active, and have joined and are still active is available. You can perform a full data search of all
members in the system to view their status, and view and edit their detailed information.

Automatic or Manual Affiliate Approval

Your system can be configured to approve and activate affiliates automatically when they signup or require each affiliate to be
reviewed and approved by an admin prior to receiving access.

Full Popup/Exit Administration
| |
NATS includes a fully featured popup/exit admin. Popup and exit chains are configured on a per site / program /reseller basis.
This means you can create a non-popup or with popup program or even disable popups in a program with popups for a specific site
or affiliate.

Full Payments Admin for issuing Payments

Affiliate payments are issued via a centralized Payments Admin which allows you to access pending, stored, and sent payments. Having
all payments in one spot and easily accessable allows you to quickly access historical payment data.

Configure Any Payout Timeframe

You may choose to pay your affiliates weekly, twice per month, once per month or on any schedule you choose. You may also
delay payments by a set time frame to for instance pay out affiliates two weeks after the pay period ends.

Unlimited Configurable Payout Methods

Affiliates can be paid by any means you would like. In NATS these are refered to as "Pay Via" methods. Each pay via method has
its own configurable dump format. At the end of every pay period NATS creates a dump file for each pay via method containing all
of the affiliates who have met the minimum payout for that period.

Reseller and Member Notes System

NATS provides a notes system for both affiliates and members. Admins may use these sytems to keep information for support and
documentation purposes. The NATS anti-fraud system will also auto-populate member notes with fraud notes such as members with
duplicate IP addresses, names, etc.

Fully Fetaured Reward Points / Store System

You can credit affilites with reward points as a bonus for the sales they generate. Rewards points can be given for joins, conversions,
and rebills. They may be deducted for credits and chargebacks. The NATS admin area allows you to create an online rewards store
within your affiliate program where affiliates may redeem these points for prizes or bonuses you choose to offer. NATS will inform
you when an affiliate redeems his reward points and allow you to indicate his reward has been shipped.

Extensive E-Mailing System for Resellers and Affiliates

The NATS Mailing system offers you the ability to mail both your affiliates and members with one time or periodic emails. The
emails are fully templated and offer both html and plain text versions. Many variables are available to personalize the emails and
provide real usable information to the recipients. You can setup scheduled emails to email affiliates their sales every week, email
them a reminder once per month if they haven't sent any traffic in the past 30 days, email members when they cancel, etc.

Complete Ad Tools Admin

All of your advertising tools including banners, half and full page ads, hosted galleries and hosted free sites, are entered
into NATS via the Ad Tools admin. Once entered into the system affiliates can access them prepopulated with their link codes via
the ad tools section of the affiliate interface.

Cross Sell Support

NATS currently includes cross sell support for paycom.net and ccbill.com. This includes both incoming and outgoing cross sale
tracking.

Selectable Start Page

The default start page for admin accounts is the admin overview. However this may be changed to any page within NATS at the choice
of each individual admin account.

Unlimited Programs of Any Type

NATS does not limit you to having partnership, per click, and per join programs. NATS allows you to create as many program types
as you would like with any payout combination you chooose. You can create the classic 50% revshare or $35 per join type programs or
create a program such as 2 cents per click and 40% revshare or $5 per join plus 65% of rebills or any combination you can imagine.

Private Programs

The programs you create in NATS can have any number of affiliates included or excluded from them. This allows you to setup programs
in which all affiliates are automatically enrolled or setup special private programs where you must enroll specific affiliates.

Site Specific Programs

Each program can contain all or some of the sites in your program. This is done becuase you may have sites you only want to offer
on revshare or sites which you wish to offer for a time only in a beta program for preferred affiliates. The overall program
configuration in NATS is very flexible allowing you to craft your affiliate program any way you choose.

Payouts configurable per Reseller, Site Option and Program

You first set default payouts for each program configured in NATS, however you may then override these payouts for a specific
affiliate or site. This allows you to bump an individual affiliate's pay rate without having to create an entirely new program for
the higher rate. It also allows you to pay different rates for different sites if you choose to do so.

Unlimited Payout Tiers
| |
Volume based rewards are one of the greatest incentives you can offer your affiliates. Our tiers allow you to offer sliding payout scales.
For example, joins 1 through 10 earn $30 each, joins 11 through 30 earn $35 each, and joins 31 and up earn $40 each. Tiers can be
for the life of the affiliate or reset after each period or month. Payout tiers can also be retroactive for the current payout
period.

Bonus Days

Bonus days are another incentive you may offer to affilites. You could offer them an extra $5 per sale every Friday or 70% instead of
50% for a special promotional period, etc.

Unlimited Webmaster Referral Tiers

Nearly all affiliate programs these days offer a % comission for referring new affiliates. NATS will allow you to create an
affiliate referral program and it can even be multi-tiered. You have the option of doing no referral comissions, one tier, three tiers,
ten tiers, or anything you would like.

Per Active (Full or Convert Trial) Member Payouts

In addition to paying out on per raw / unique / qualified click, per join, and per rebill, you may also choose to pay out per "full"
member. This means any member which joins a non-trial membership option or converts from a trial to a full member. This allows
you to run a "per active" member payout program.

Unlimited Sites

You may have as many sites as you would like within your affiliate program. Sites can be added and modified easily via the Sites
Admin.

Unlimited Site Tours

Each site can have an unlimited number of tours. Many aspects of each tour such as the join page and email templates are customizable
for each tour however they are still considered as one site for statistical purposes. Stats can also be viewed on a per tour basis of
course.

Under each site you configure the price points (product codes) for the site. You may add as many different price points as you
would like for each site and each price point can have its own payout. Price points can also be activated and deactivated for
a specific program or reseller. For example, this allows you to offer a revshare with and revshare without trials program or to
remove trials or 3 month subscriptions for a specific reseller who would prefer not to offer them.

NATS can manage the approval & denial (both normal joins and upgrades) for each tour. This makes it easy for you to display
membership information to the customer once they are approved. These pages can be designed on a per-tour level so they better fit
the particular tour.

Advanced Postback System

The NATS postback system allows you to set a postback URL for each site for a number of important events which will be called
by NATS each time that event occours. This allows you to do such things as populate a customer service database or flag a
membership database every time a join occours, run a special script when a chargeback occours, or trigger a URL every time a
rebill occours. This is important becuase NATS itself uses the biller postback URLs. By having NATS issue the postbacks it also
allows your scripts to only need to interpret one postback format whether you are using one biller or a dozen. Available postback
events are: approval, denial, upgrade approval, upgrade denial, rebill, credit, chargeback, and expire.

Stats are provided to affiliates in real time. They may be viewed for any date range and broken down by date, site, or campaign.
Affiliates can view raw, unique, and qualified clicks, joins, join ratio, rebills, credits, chargebacks, and their payout. Additional

Affiliates can choose whether they would like to promote your sites using the NATS encoded affiliate links or non-encoded plain

NATS allows your affiliates to create as many tracking campaigns as they would like. Each campaign can be named with full text, for

Ad tools are accessable to affiliates via the ad tools wizard. After choosing the program they wish to promote and the campaign

Affiliates may view and edit their account details after logging into the affiliate program. This allows them to perform changes

listing your galleries NATS allows the affiliates to receive a text dump of your galleries containing the information they choose

Fraud Points System
| |
Our advanced fraud system is based on NATS assigning fraud points to each individual member based on a number of criteria. This
fraud points system works in conjunction with our Fraud Report to allow you to quickly spot affilites who are sending risky or
outright fraudulent signups.

The fraud report contains in NATS is very efficient in helping you find and evaulate potential fraudulent affiliates.
By combining this feature with the other anti-fraud features contained in NATS you can help make your affiliate program very

Allowed and Disallowed Countries for Security

You may allow and disallow countries on a per cascade, biller or site basis. Visitors from disallowed countries will not be able
to signup.

Turing Image Verification at Login
| |
NATS offers you the option to use a Turing image when affiliates and admins login. This test requires the user to enter a string
of letters displayed in an image when logging in. This prevents the threat of brute force password hacking. The Turing image
can easily be removed if you do not wish to use the test.

Billers Admin

The billers admin is the interface within NATS where you will inform NATS which payment processors you have accounts with and the
details of those accounts. Here you will also configure your cascades and indicate which sites those casades should be used for.

You may create as many cascades as you would like. Each cascade can be activated or deactivated for each site. Cascades can
be quicly modified should you need to move a different biller to the front or back of a cascade. Each cascade can contain

Cascading is possible from a credit card to a check processor, from a check prorcessor to a dialer, or any order and combination

Random Weighted Cascades

You can assign multiple cascades to a site with different weights. This allows you to for example send 25% of your traffic to
cascade one and the other 75% to cascade two. You may want to do this to spread your transactions more evenly across multiple
processors.

Geo-Targeted Cascades and Cascade Steps

Cascades can be geo-targetted entirely to specific countries allowing you to do things such as setup a cascade without credit cards
for countries where Visa and Mastercard are not widely available. You can also geo-target steps in cascades to allow you to first
have the customer attempt a credit card signup and upon failure cascade him to a check processor if hs is from the United States or
to a dialer if he is not from the United States.
