Lease Based Licensing:
Lease based licensing is offered for those who wish to have a lower start up cost and pay an ongoing monthly licensing fee. By offering lease based licensing we are also able to provide a "tier" system for our licensing fees. This tier system consists of three levels, NATSlite, NATSplus, and NATS. These are simply invoicing tiers. They are the same exact software and no system changes are required when moving up in the tier. The only basis for the tier is the number of new signups (not including rebills) your program processes through NATS per month. When you go over the number of signups in a given month we simply bump you up to the next tier on your next invoice. There is no software update required and NATS will not stop taking signups when you pass the number of joins for your current tier. You will simply move up in the tier on your next billing cycle.

One Time Licensing:
One time licensing is offered for those who wish to pay a larger amount up front and no monthly fee. NATSlite and NATSplus are not available on an outright purhcase basis as they are only invoicing tiers of NATS for the lease model. NATSpro is currently only available on a monthly licensing basis.

Additional Server Licenses: Each additional server running NATS scripts in a load balanced environment requires either a full NATS license or a NATS LB License. NATS LB Licenses are priced at $150 per month on a lease basis or $3000 on a one time licensing fee basis.

Additional Support: One Time License purchases include 1 Year of Support and Upgrades. After this year, support is provided for $120 per hour or $2500 a year for the support contract. Upgrades are included in the support contract, otherwise they are priced per instance.
