  • What are the server requirements for running NATS?

    NATS needs Unix or Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP. For a complete and current requirements list, please see the NATS Requirements article on our wiki.

  • How much does NATS cost?

  • What kind of support do you offer for NATS?

    Our standard contract lets you submit an unlimited number of tickets and gives you access to a 24-hour emergency telephone support.

    All of our trained support technicians work in our Morganville, NJ (USA), main office. They're able to work with you on your schedule at any time from 10 A.M. to midnight on weekdays and 10 A.M. to 6 P.M on weekends. (All times U.S. eastern time.)

  • What training do you offer for NATS?

    All of our NATS packages include two extensive training sessions for you and all of your staff. The first walkthrough teaches you about the NATS basics, the affiliate area, themes, billers, programs, sites, and payments. The second walkthrough teaches you about the administration interface—the affiliates admin, members admin, reports admin, adtools admin, third-parties admin, includes admin, rewards admin, upsells admin, mailing admin, news and notifications admin, cleanup admin, logs admin, and configuration admin.

  • How many sites can I have?

    You can promote an unlimited number of sites with NATS.

  • Will I get access to a set of affiliates?

    No. You need to get your own affiliates. On the flip side, once you get your affiliates, you don't need to share them with competitors.
